THE TWELVE YEAR OLD TEACHER
The boy who taught was Jesus,
When he was only twelve.
The scribes were so amazed with Him,
He taught the scriptures well.
My Father's business must come first,
He told His dad and mom.
And no one else could have known,
Just why He had to come.
To save the souls of men of earth,
Explains it to me.
And without Him there would be no hope,
For folks like you and me.
Without Him there would be no love,
No way to face the test.
He came to fulfill all the law,
And to give to us His best.
