Within the world of friendship,
There's something I must say.
To one friend who is special,
Who smiles with me each day.
Who never fails to cheer me,
From dawn til night begins.
And always known the answer,
This is a special friend.
A friend in time of trouble,
Who's kind when I'm in need.
Who shares with me my sorrow,
And comforts me in grief.
A friend to all my children,
Who knows our needs in life.
Someone we can lean on,
My best friend is my wife.
