RICH MAN POOR MAN
The rich man lives upon a hill,
With all his wealth and fame.
The poor man lives wherever he can,
No riches to his name.
The rich man's heart is on his wealth,
His silver and his gold.
But the poor man's heart is filled with love,
No matter where he goes.
The rich man buys some special friends,
Important ones with names.
The poor man has a friend in God,
Who loves him just the same.
The rich man doesn't pay a tithe,
No offering does he bring.
The poor man gives his very best,
And prays for the rich man's shame.
