Did you ever say a prayer?
To brighten up your day.
And know that God would deal with it,
In His own loving way.
Did you ever pass a smile?
To someone who was blue.
And share with them the many times,
That God has smiled on you.
Did you ever take a part?
Of something sweet and grand.
And share with others all the joy,
That God has in His plan.
Did you ever tell the lost?
His spirit set you free.
And did you ever give Him thanks?
For loving you and me.
