BECAUSE HE CARES
The little dog that wags his tail,
Yes, the Good Lord made it well.
The little bird up in the tree,
He cares for it as well as me.
The rabbit in the valley low,
He gave it food and gave it clothes.
And who am I that I should doubt,
Just what the Lord is all about.
The rain, the snow, the big old tree,
God gave them all to you and me.
The water that our children drink,
We seldom stop to give Him thanks.
Yes, all the beauty everywhere,
God made it just because He cares.
