A LETTER TO GOD
Dear God, I'm writing in regard,
Of all your love so plain.
I'm glad You said, "whosoever will",
And called me not by name.
I'm glad you came not to condemn,
But came with love so brave.
And gave Your Son on Calvary's cross,
That the world could all be saved.
I know I am unworthy, God,
So I'll struggle til the end.
I could never make it on my own,
But you freed me from my sins.
So when you read this letter, Lord.
Will you keep this in mind?
I could never give you thanks enough,
For being oh so kind.
