A HAUNTED LIFE
When lost my life was haunted,
And no one seemed to care.
With no one left to turn to,
I prayed the sinner's prayer.
Dear Lord, have mercy on me,
There's no one else to tell.
I know I am unworthy,
Please save my soul from hell.
And Lord, if you be willing,
Don't let me walk alone.
For though my life was haunted,
You claimed me as your own.
It's good to know this freedom,
That only God can give.
And life will not be haunted now,
As long as I shall live.
